Construction has begun! This Private Gated Community of 135 home site lots, boasting 80% Ocean Views, will be home to beautiful mountain villas. Construction of our Community Center should commence in 2007/2008 and it will be central to the Community. It will house a Central Clubhouse, Pool, Restaurant, Management, Maintenance, and Rental Service.
